IFC Comptability All the available MEP components are able to be exported to the by Vectorworks supported IFC formats. Additionally, clients can alter the parameters of the attached IFC records. Some parameters will be overwritten by the object itself. Contact us directly if you would like to have additional information transferred to the IFC tags by default. IFC is an open standard, developed and maintained by buildingSMART International, for building data that permits information to be shared and maintained throughout the life cycle of the construction project: design, analysis, specification, fabrication, construction, and occupancy.
